Jack was abandoned and had been on his own for quite some time when a local shelter found him outside of Hico, Texas. Jenay Bennett from Dallas Pets Alive and her husband, Kevin, fostered Jack to get him used to being indoors and getting used to simple things like tile floors. On July 24, 2022, Jack was adopted by his human dad, Mark, as Mark was recently widowed and in need of a companion. Today Jack is a totally spoiled member of the Denim Jack family and is a fond lover of homemade dog ice cream and cookies since his time on his own left him with dietary issues.
